We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of the Dr. Saviour wellness device. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may be eligible to return your product under the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided.
Note: Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged devices.
- Devices returned after 7 days.
- Opened wellness/healthcare products (due to hygiene reasons).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@drsaviour.com with:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if defective or wrong item)
- We will respond within 1–2 business days and provide return shipping instructions if eligible.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Inspection & Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- You will be notified by email once the refund is completed.
6. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately.
- If already shipped, you can initiate a return after delivery (as per the return policy).
