1. Who we are
DrSaviour is a smart wearable storefront operated by Arogyadhara Technologies Private Limited. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you browse our website, contact us, create an account or buy a product.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order details and customer service communications that you provide. Our commerce platform may also process account, device, browser, cookies, IP address, session and transaction-related information for storefront operations and security.
If you voluntarily subscribe to product updates, we may record your communication preferences. Information collected by a companion mobile application, if used, is subject to that application’s separate privacy information and permissions; purchasing a wearable does not itself mean the store collects its biometric measurements.
3. How information is used
Information is used to process and deliver orders, provide invoices, answer support requests, manage returns or refunds, investigate suspected fraud, meet accounting and legal requirements, and improve the shopping experience. Promotional messages are sent where permitted and in accordance with your choices.
We use information only for stated, legitimate purposes. If another purpose requires consent or a separate notice under applicable law, we will provide it.
4. Service providers and payment processing
We use Shopify to operate the online store and may use trusted shipping, customer support, analytics and payment service providers. Such providers receive information reasonably necessary to perform services and apply their own terms and privacy policies where relevant.
Card, UPI or other payment details are processed through the payment methods actually made available in checkout. Do not send card PINs, OTPs or full payment credentials through our customer support channels. No statement in this policy means that Razorpay is already activated or available as a checkout method.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential cookies for carts, sessions, security and checkout. Optional analytics and marketing technologies may be used according to our live store configuration, consent preferences and applicable law. Browser settings and any available cookie controls allow you to manage some choices.
6. Data retention and security
We retain information for the time reasonably needed to complete transactions, fulfil business operations, handle disputes and comply with applicable legal recordkeeping rules. Access is limited to authorised people and service providers. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
7. Your choices and requests
You can contact us to ask about the personal data we hold, request correction or deletion where legally available, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and retain some order records where required by law.
8. Third-party sites and children
Links to external services, including payment providers and companion-app stores, are governed by their own policies. Our online shop is intended for persons able to enter purchase contracts under applicable law and is not intentionally directed at children.
9. Updates and contact
This policy may change as our services or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Privacy requests can be directed to the customer support details below.
